1. Overview

Savvory is a restaurant ordering and marketing platform operated by Top Level eMarketing LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using Savvory services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your access and use of our platform, website, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Billing cycle: Services are billed automatically each month or year through Stripe, depending on your plan.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Pricing: Current plan pricing appears on getsavvory.com and may change without notice.
  • Payment method: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

3. No Contracts & Cancellation

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.
  • Savvory is a month-to-month or annual subscription service with no long-term commitment.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing support@getsavvory.com.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial months.
  • Upon cancellation, your Savvory website and ordering integration may be disabled; related data may be archived or deleted after 30 days.

4. Setup & Deliverables

  • Growth and Pro plans include website creation, menu import, artwork for posters and inserts and Stripe connection setup.
  • Typical setup is completed within 14 business days after we receive your menu and brand assets.
  • You retain ownership of your restaurant’s content and branding; we retain ownership of platform code, templates, and underlying technology.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, menus, and pricing.
  • Maintain an active Stripe account for payments and deposits.
  • Comply with all applicable laws related to your business operations and customer data.

6. Fair Use & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if payment fails, if the Service is misused, unlawful activity is detected, or our platform integrity is at risk. Suspension does not cancel billing—please submit a cancellation request to stop future charges.

7. Refunds

Because Savvory delivers setup and digital services immediately upon activation, all fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

8. Service Updates

We may update or improve the Service at any time. Material changes or price adjustments will be posted on our website and sent to active clients via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cancellation Policy (Plain-English Summary)
